CLSU College Admission Test
The CLSU College Admission Test is the entrance examination for aspiring students who wish to enroll at Central Luzon State University for Academic Year 2027–2028. Online applications will start on September 1, 2026.
What are the requirements?
Applicants must prepare and submit the following documentary requirements:
- Scanned copy of PSA or NSO Birth Certificate;
- Scanned copy of SF-10 or Form 137-A – Junior High School (Grade 7-10);
- Scanned copy of SF–9 or Form 138 – Senior High School (Grade 11); and
- Electronic copy of a recent 2×2 picture.
Testing Dates
Qualified applicants will take the College Admission Test on any of the following scheduled dates:
- January 23, 2027;
- January 24, 2027; and
- January 30, 2027.
Application Period
The online application period for the CLSU College Admission Test for Academic Year 2027-2028 starts from September 1, 2026 until December 31, 2026.
Applicants are encouraged to apply as early as possible to secure their preferred testing date.
