Technological Institute of the Philippines (T.I.P.) is now accepting applications for the ASCEND Scholarship 2026, offering full financial support to incoming college students taking up engineering programs.
The Achieving Success through Constructivist Education and Next-Generation Development (ASCEND) Scholarship is designed to help academically excellent students pursue engineering education with complete support from tuition to living expenses.
TIP ASCEND Scholarship 2026
Technological Institute of the Philippines officially announced that applications for the ASCEND Scholarship are ongoing, with the deadline set on May 8, 2026.
Qualified applicants must also take the scholarship examination scheduled on May 9, 2026 (Saturday), from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
What are the Scholarship Benefits
Selected ASCEND scholars will receive the following:
- Full tuition and school fees coverage
- Monthly living allowance (subject to maintaining the scholarship)
- Book allowance per semester
- Free laptop for use during the program

What are the requirements?
To qualify, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Must be an incoming college freshman
- Preferably from the STEM strand
- Must be a Senior High School graduate with:
- With High Honors or With Highest Honors, OR
- At least 90% GWA with no grade lower than 85%
- Must enroll in any of the following engineering programs at T.I.P. Quezon City or Manila:
- Civil Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
- Environmental & Sanitary Engineering
- Electronics Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
