How to apply for the CHED Tulong Dunong Scholarship 2026

Make sure to prepare all the required documents before applying. Then, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Download the application form from the official link shared on Rep. Eric Olivarez’s official Facebook page.

Step 2: Fill out the application form completely before going to the venue.

Step 3: Gather all required documents in both original and photocopy sets.

Step 4: Go to the Congressional District Office, Parañaque City Hall between August 12 and 13, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Step 5: Submit your documents personally. Proxy submissions are strictly prohibited – only the student can submit the application.

Step 6: Wait for confirmation on whether you have secured one of the 1,128 available slots.

Watch Out for These Before You Go

  • This is a walk-in, in-person process. There’s no online submission for the actual requirements – you bring your documents to the venue yourself.
  • Only the student can submit. Proxy submissions are strictly prohibited. Sending a parent, sibling, or friend in your place will get your application turned away.
  • You need two full sets of documents – one original set, one photocopy set. Bringing only one set means an incomplete submission.
  • Slots are limited to the first 1,128 applicants. This isn’t a rolling review of everyone who applies – once the slots fill, later applicants may be turned away even if they meet every requirement.
  • The submission window is short: two days, 9AM–3PM. Arrive early. A short window with limited slots usually means longer lines than expected.
  • Your Barangay Indigency certificate needs the exact stated purpose “CHED Requirements.” A generic indigency certificate without this specific wording may not be accepted.

Application Period

The submission period for the CHED Tulong Dunong Scholarship Program (TDP) for District 1, Parañaque City is on August 12-13, 2026 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM only at the Congressional District Office, Parañaque City Hall.
