Inquirer Foundation Scholarship 2026 | How to Apply

The Inquirer Foundation is now accepting applications for the Inquirer/Aboitiz Scholarship Grant (Batch 2026–2028) for qualified college students who are driven to pursue a career in media.

Inquirer Foundation Scholarship 2026

The Inquirer/Aboitiz Scholarship Grant is a scholarship program designed to help high-achieving but financially challenged students pursue a career in media. The program supports qualified college students through their junior and senior years by providing financial assistance, internship, and mentorship within the Inquirer Group.

Upon graduation, scholars are given the opportunity to join the company with a fast-tracked career path in the Inquirer’s editorial or business departments.

What are the qualifications?

Before applying, make sure you meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • Must be an incoming 3rd-year college student;
  • Must maintain a semestral average of 1.75 (87 or B+);
  • Must have no grade lower than 2.0 (85 or B) in any academic subject; and
  • Must be committed to pursuing a professional career in the media industry.

How to apply for the Inquirer Foundation Scholarship

Make sure to prepare all the required documents before applying. Then, send the following requirements via email:

  • Curriculum Vitae (CV);
  • Motivation Letter; and
  • Academic Records.

Email your requirements to connie.kalagayan@inquirer.net with the subject line: “Application: Inquirer Scholarship Grant – [Last Name]”

The deadline for applications for the Inquirer/Aboitiz Scholarship Grant (Batch 2026–2028) is on June 30, 2026.
